Gustazos products vs. Gustazos Marketplace products
- If the product was purchased on the Gustazos site, please refer to the About this Gustazo section of the promotion for any details regarding the purchase and delivery of the products being purchased. All products may have different distributors and delivery dates may or may not depend on third parties. Gustazos will try to get your product as fast as humanly possible. If there are any expected delays with your delivery, we will notify you via email.
- If the product was purchased on Gustazos Marketplace, please refer to the details of the products you purchased. Usually, the delivery of these products take between from 24 to 48 hours to be delivered to you. A driver will contact you on the day of delivery and keep you updated on the status. If you are not in the provided address for delivery at the moment, there will be a second try on the next day.
- If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the product will be taken back to our warehouse. If you wish to arrange a delivery, you may contact our customer support and this may incur in additional delivery charges. If you would like to pick it up at our warehouse, please notify the driver. Delivery fees are non refundable if you pick it up at the warehouse after the delivery attempts.
