If you suspect that your credit card has been compromised, let us know and contact your bank immediately to request an investigation.
Whenever a Customer Support agent receives an email from a customer claiming that the account has been compromised or that there are unauthorized purchases done with his/her credit card, we automatically put a ban on the account in order to prevent any further purchases from that account.
