If you would like to change the name of the reservation, there are a few things to consider:
- Is the promotion transferrable? Some promotions do not allow the Gustazos to be transferred. The name of the person in the reservation is the person that must check in at front desk.
- Is the person that will stay eligible to stay at the hotel? Some promotions are for Puerto Rico residents only, as stated in the About this Gustazo section. If the person does not meet this criteria, then the hotel reserves the right to not receive the client and would mark the reservation as a No Show.
- If the promotion does allow to transfer the voucher to someone else, and the person that will go is eligible to stay, then the best course of action would be to contact the hotel immediately. You should provide all the information from the person that will be checking in, so that no issues arise while checking in.
